Feeling anxious, stressed or low after birth is more common than you might think - you are not alone and help is available.
Pregnancy and early motherhood bring immense change - physically, emotionally, and in relationships. If you're feeling feel anxious, low, or overwhelmed, you are not alone and with the right support, things can begin to feel easier.
I specialise in working with mothers and mothers-to-be during this time of transition. Sessions offer a calm, non-judgemental space to explore whatever you’re experiencing - from anxiety or low mood, to processing birth trauma, or the challenges of adjusting to motherhood.
With many years’ experience supporting women one-to-one - and a doctorate exploring postnatal anxiety - my approach combines empathy with up-to-date understanding of perinatal wellbeing and recent research.
You don’t have to navigate this alone - support is here to help you find steadier ground. Self-referrals are welcome.

Face to face sessions take place at my practice in West Wickham in Kent.
I also over video or telephone appointments to anyone based in the UK.
Please get in touch for further information and to ask any questions.
