Talks and Workshops
I am passionate about research, particularly in the realm of
maternal psychological wellbeing and motherhood. Since 2021, I have been involved in psychotherapy teaching and am currently a research supervisor at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London. My enthusiasm for qualitative research drives my work, especially in its applications within psychotherapy and social care settings. It has been an honour to present my research findings on postnatal anxiety at some prestigious UK conferences.
I also offer talks and workshops on postnatal anxiety for various organisations, specialist groups, practitioners, and professionals. These sessions are designed to be highly adaptable, ensuring they meet the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for those in psychology, counselling, or perinatal care.
