Talks and Workshops

I offer talks, lectures, and CPD workshops for professionals in perinatal mental health, counselling and psychotherapy.

Drawing on my doctoral research into women’s lived experiences of anxiety after birth, I share insights that bridge clinical practice and reflective inquiry. My work has been presented at national conferences and shared with NHS Perinatal Mental Health Teams. I have also delivered bespoke training for specialist organisations, including MumsAid and NoBumpNoCare.

Topics include postnatal anxiety, identity in motherhood, postnatal depression, and how lived experience can inform therapeutic care. Sessions are research-informed, clinically relevant, and spacious enough to support reflection and dialogue.

If you’re interested in booking a talk or workshop, or would like to discuss a bespoke training session, please get in touch!
